Policies

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit. We also accept checks and they are auto EFR.

Please note: For new clients, a non-refundable (but transferable) $25 deposit is required for all appointments. The deposit can only be transferable if the appointment has been rescheduled no less than 48hrs before the original appointment time.

Surgery: 
A Non-refundable (but transferable) deposit is required for all surgical or leave for day procedures. The deposit can only be transferable if the appointment has been rescheduled no less than 24 hours before the original appointment time.

Late Policy: Our goal is to provide top-quality care to all our patients, and at times, this requires us to maintain a strict schedule. Please be on time for all appointments. If you will be late, please call us at (401) 433-2070 to discuss.


Payment Options

CareCredit

Scractchpay

We recently began accepting scratchpay as a form of payment. Scratchpay is a payment plan option that has a higher approval rate than most competing payment options. They offer financing options that range from $200 - $10,000.
